D1 Construction is a local, small business made up of a family team that was born and raised in Ventura. With over 25 years of experience in the manufactured home industry, we can handle any job from top to bottom at an affordable rate.

As Ventura natives, we are invested in the health and safety of the members of our community. That is why we encourage all homeowners to consider scheduling an inspection on their homes. Inspections include evaluation of the following: piers and pads, plumbing system, A/C heating unit and ductwork, vapor barrier, rodent damage, water heater, and water damage.
